Acceptance & Partnership
By accessing our website or placing orders, you agree to these terms. We view every client relationship as a partnership — these terms ensure we can deliver the reliable, certified emergency lighting solutions your projects demand.
Business Eligibility: Our services are designed for B2B clients, including distributors, contractors, project managers, and OEM partners. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as specified per product.
Product Quality & Certifications
All KILYNKING INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. products undergo rigorous testing and carry internationally recognized certifications including CE, CB, and SAA. We stand behind our quality with comprehensive warranties.

Pricing, Quotes & Orders
We believe in transparent pricing. All quotes are valid for 30 days and include detailed breakdowns of costs, lead times, and shipping terms.
Payment Terms
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight available for orders over $50,000.
Lead Times
Standard products: 2-4 weeks. Custom/OEM orders: 4-8 weeks after sample approval.
Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All product designs, technical documentation, and marketing materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We respect your brand as much as our own.
OEM/ODM Clients: We provide full confidentiality agreements and ensure your proprietary designs remain exclusively yours. All custom molds and tooling are your property upon project completion.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation reflects fair industry standards for B2B manufacturing relationships.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for binding arbitration.
